Minimum Qualifications (Level II):

Education:

High-School Diploma or GED are required. You may be asked to provide proof of education.

Licensure:

N on-certified applicants may be considered for this position with acceptable surgical technology experience.

Experience:

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
