Job Title:
Surgical Scrub Technologist (Surgical Technologist)

Job Summary:
The Surgical Scrub Tech prepares surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies while maintaining a sterile field and anticipating the surgeon's needs throughout procedures.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program Current BLS certification 3-5 years of Surgical Technology experience Medical terminology and EMR proficiency preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies. Maintain a sterile field and follow infection control procedures. Anticipate the surgeon's needs during procedures. Handle and pass instruments and supplies during surgery. Assist with surgical room setup and accurate documentation.
