Embrace this pivotal role in patient care as you work alongside the Registered Nurse. You'll support direct patient care, prepare the Operating Room pre•and post-surgery, arrange sterile instruments, and maintain aseptic techniques. Key responsibilities of a Surgical Technologist include, but are not limited to: Ensure top-notch patient care, safety, and advocacy by anticipating and addressing case-specific needs with sharp critical thinking under RN supervision. Uphold excellence by impeccably managing instruments, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Showcase your effective and positive communication style with the team, colleagues, and patients, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
