Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment adaptable to varying shift patterns depending on unit needs
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid and current nursing license or certification as a CVOR Tech At least one year of recent CVOR experience in a hospital setting Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environments Strong understanding of sterile techniques and perioperative procedures Effective teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assist cardiovascular surgeons throughout perioperative phases, ensuring adherence to safety protocols Maintain sterile field and instrumentation during procedures Prepare and set up cardiovascular operating rooms and equipment Monitor patient safety and respond promptly to intraoperative needs Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams for optimal patient outcomes Perform diagnostic or therapeutic procedures as directed
