Qualifications:

Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Operating Room Technician (ORT) Previous experience working in an operating room or surgical setting Strong understanding of aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation Proven ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and other OR staff Effective communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure Knowledge of proper sterilization methods and infection control standards

Schedule/Hours:

Variable shifts, flexibility required based on surgical schedules

Key Responsibilities:
