Surgical Technologist Join Our Surgical Services Team! Finger Lakes Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our Surgical Services team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play an important role in supporting safe, efficient surgical procedures and providing exceptional care to our patients. Assist with the planning and implementation of safe, high-quality patient care. Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia providers, and ancillary departments. Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient operating room environment. Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and compassion when interacting with patients, families, and coworkers. Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times. Follow established hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards. Communicate effectively with members of the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes. Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced surgical environment.
