Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in Cardiovascular/OR Tech roles, with a focus on cardiovascular and open heart procedures Ability to scrub for surgical cases and provide expert intraoperative support Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation, handling specimens, and maintaining sterility Comfortable collaborating in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment Current and valid certification as a OR Tech/CVOR Tech (required)

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms and assist with complex cardiovascular and open heart surgeries Handle surgical instruments, supplies, cases, and medications with precision Communicate efficiently with surgeons, registered nurses, and anesthesia staff Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards Support in organizing and maintaining surgical supplies and equipment
