SpineSearch is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Certified Surgical Technician (CST) to join a dynamic surgical center in Suffolk County, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity for a surgical tech with strong multi-specialty experience to work alongside top surgeons in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. What You'll Do:

Prepare and maintain a sterile and organized operating room for a variety of surgical procedures Set up surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment prior to procedures Assist surgeons during operations across multiple specialties, including: Orthopedics and Total Joint Replacement (robotic and traditional) Pain Management Spine Provide intraoperative support during robotic-assisted surgeries Monitor and uphold patient safety standards during procedures, including responding to emergent situations Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth, efficient procedural flow Clean, sterilize, and restock surgical instruments and supplies post-procedure

What We're Looking For:

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA Minimum 2 years of experience in a multispecialty surgical environment preferred Strong knowledge of sterile technique, infection control, and operating room protocols Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical setting Physically capable of standing for long periods and assisting with equipment setup and patient positioning #
