375 Dixmyth Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45220Work Schedule:
Part Time Days- (48 hours bi-weekly) 6:30am
- 7:00pm Every 3rd weekend rotation Holiday rotation The Orthopedic Surgery Unit at Good Samaritan Hospital is a 21-bed unit dedicated to providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients recovering from a wide range of orthopedic procedures.

2 years High School Education Age 17 with work permit Basic Life Support (BLS) Reading and math ability appropriate to the position Experience as an STNA, PCA or ACT strongly preferredJob Responsibilities:
Performs and documents basic patient care tasks under RN supervision; maintains competency in trained skills, completes assignments on time, and seeks clarification when needed. Maintains a safe, clean environment by reporting hazards, following Infection Control policies, completing safety event reports, and adhering to safety and emergency procedures. Communicates effectively and respectfully with patients, families, and team members; reports patient information and assignment issues promptly; documents observations accurately; collaborates with the healthcare team and uses the chain of command appropriately. Supports unit operations by performing supply, equipment, and environmental tasks; reports shortages or equipment problems and ensures supplies/equipment are ready for the next user. Demonstrates accountability and commitment to self ‑ growth; identifies areas for improvement and supports organizational and unit changes.Other Job-Related Information:
