Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Assist with circulating and scrubbing for diverse surgical procedures, including robotic, neuro, thoracic, ENT, and more Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC electronic health record system Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care Support various services such as ENT/Plastics, Neuro, Thoracic, Robotics, and Endoscopic procedures Adapt to a mixed schedule with rotating shifts, including call and weekend duties as needed Assist with patient positioning, sterile setup, and instrument handling during surgeries What You Need Valid Ohio surgical tech license and BCLS certification Minimum of 3 years of experience as a surgical tech in a hospital setting Proficiency in circulating and scrubbing roles, including EPIC systems and robotic surgeries Experience with neuro, thoracic, ENT, and endoscopic procedures preferred About the Assignment This position is based at a leading hospital in Columbus, Ohio, offering exposure to a wide variety of complex surgeries, including neuro, thoracic, ENT, and robotics.
