2 Description American Traveler is seeking a Surgical Technologist for a cancer hospital OR with at least 3 years of experience and proficiency in robotic, neuro, thoracic, and ENT procedures. Details Cancer hospital operating room setting Day/evening rotating schedule combining 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week Call and weekend coverage required as needed Scrubs a wide variety of surgical services including surgical oncology, thoracic, colorectal, urology, GYN oncology, head & neck/ENT, neuro, ortho, plastics/reconstructive, and robotics Uses

system Requirements Minimum of 3 years of surgical technologist experience required BLS certification required License required if applicable Proficiency in both circulating and scrubbing roles required

experience required Highly proficient in robotic surgery, neurosurgery, thoracic surgery, and ENT procedures Experience across multiple surgical services including ENT/plastics (flaps/microvascular), endoscopic procedures (bronch/EGD/EBUS/LS), neuro (craniotomy/EEA/skull base), thoracic, and robotics Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program Teaching hospital, community hospital, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred Additional Information Provide high-quality surgical support during a day/evening rotating schedule Assist with circulating and scrubbing duties as needed across a broad range of surgical specialties Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Skilled in aseptic technique and a wide range of procedures including vascular, gynecologic, plastics, neurosurgical, orthopedic, endoscopic, general surgery, robotic, urologic, ENT, and thoracic cases Two professional references required, with at least one from a manager, director, or supervisor; charge RN acceptable as second reference; coworker references not accepted Former employees eligible for a travel assignment after being away from the facility for 6 months or more Current employees of the health system are ineligible for travel assignments at this location Requested time off must be submitted with the contract and limited to 7 days or less Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate Candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting promptly after signing the contract, with in-state travel or a mailed packet required depending on distance from Ohio
