Evenings 2:30 PM - 11:00
PM Duration:
13 weeks Duties Prepare the operating room by sterilizing instruments, arranging supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly prior to procedures. Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments, suturing, and managing surgical tools with precision. Maintain strict aseptic techniques to prevent infection and uphold infection control standards throughout all procedures. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in physiological status during surgery. Collect and document data related to surgical procedures, including blood loss, instrumentation counts, and patient responses. Support patient care activities before, during, and after surgery to ensure comfort and safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesia providers, nurses, and physicians to facilitate smooth operative workflows. Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology to anticipate surgical needs effectively. Requirements 2 years CST experience
