$1,368 Job Responsibilities Prepare and maintain a sterile operating room environment. Set up surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies before procedures. Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies during surgery. Ensure proper handling, counting, and sterilization of surgical instruments. Maintain strict aseptic technique and infection prevention standards. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers to ensure safe and efficient surgical procedures. Assist with patient positioning and preparation before surgery. Requirements Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification. Minimum 1-2 years of recent Operating Room/Scrub experience preferred. Current BLS (AHA) certification. Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
