Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Operating Room (OR) Medlinkhealth Lawton, OK Job Details Temporary | Contract 1 day ago Qualifications Teamwork Perioperative care Certified Surgical Technologist Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Operating Room team on a temporary assignment. In this role, you will assist surgeons and perioperative staff during surgical procedures, maintain a sterile environment, prepare instruments and equipment, and help ensure the highest level of patient safety. Responsibilities Prepare the operating room before surgical procedures. Set up and maintain sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment. Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies. Maintain a sterile field throughout each procedure. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during operations. Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards. Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) experience required. Active NCCT or NBSTSA certification required. Strong knowledge of sterile technique and operating room procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Required Documents Current resume with up-to-date work history. Copy of active NCCT or NBSTSA certification. Permanent address. Additional Information Monday-Friday day schedule. No weekends or on-call responsibilities.
