Experience working with a tightly knit group of six staff members—three RNs and three surgical techs—covering two orthopedic ORs. This assignment allows you to broaden your skills by adapting to the specialized routines and efficient practices of a small yet dynamic team. Exposure to different leadership styles and workflow approaches will enhance your clinical acumen and bolster your resume with valuable new experience.

Schedule/Hours:

Daylight shifts, rotating weekly: 5:30 am-2:00 pm, 6:30 am-3:00 pm, and 7:30 am-finish (typically 4:00-4:30 pm) The 7:30 am team must remain to complete elective and add-on cases, potentially extending the shift by 1-2+ hours when needed.

Weekend call coverage required:

6:00 am-6:00 pm (2 weekends in a 6-week schedule) No weekday call; weekend call involves only coverage (not a busy call schedule, no elective cases).

Preferred Qualifications:

Nursing

•ORT, Surgical Tech

•Non-certified or Certified Previous experience in orthopedic ORs highly desired Flexibility to accommodate variable end times and call coverage Strong teamwork and communication skills

•$2,154/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates.
