Key Qualifications:

Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent training specific to CVOR procedures Prior experience working as a CVOR Tech in a hospital or surgical center setting Strong understanding of sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and CVOR-specific protocols Ability to anticipate surgeon and team needs during complex cardiovascular cases Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeons Detail-oriented approach and commitment to patient safety standards

Responsibilities:
