$45-$50/hour Company Description Join a fast-paced surgical team in a Level I Trauma environment where experienced Surgical Technicians play an important role in supporting complex procedures and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and sterile technique. Job Duties Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures. Assist the surgical team during procedures by anticipating instrument and equipment needs. Maintain a sterile field and follow infection prevention and patient safety standards. Handle, organize, and care for surgical instruments and equipment before, during, and after procedures. Support efficient OR operations while maintaining accurate documentation and professional standards. Qualifications Certified Surgical Technician required. Minimum 3 years of Surgical Technician experience . Level I Trauma experience required/preferred based on facility requirements. Experience working in a fast-paced surgical environment. Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instruments, and OR procedures. Ability to work 12-hour PM shifts and participate in required call.
