Days Core Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of CVOR Tech experience in a nursing capacity Valid Pennsylvania license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery-Certified (TSC) PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, and PA Act 73 clearances

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in all facets of open-heart and vascular surgeries, ensuring a sterile and safe environment Conduct surgical instrument preparation, maintenance, and accounting throughout procedures Collaborate closely with surgeons, circulators, and anesthesia teams for optimal patient care Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and safety standards Maintain thorough documentation and support postoperative processes as needed
