Schedule/Hours:

Daylight shifts, rotating weekly: 5:30am-2:00pm 6:30am-3:00pm 7:30am-finish (includes elective cases and add-ons; typically finished by 4:00-4:30pm) On-call weekend coverage: 6:00am-6:00pm (2 weekends required per 6-week schedule) No elective schedule on weekends—only call coverage (typically not busy) 7:30am shift may extend 1-2+ hours if add-ons require; flexibility is essential.

Qualifications:

Surgical Tech (Certified and Non-certified) or ORT experience Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to accommodate schedule needs, especially regarding end-of-day coverage

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons and nursing staff during orthopedic procedures Prepare operating rooms and ensure a sterile environment Support team in managing instruments, supplies, and documentation Adapt to add-on cases and collaborate to provide seamless patient care
