1 Description American Traveler seeks a CVOR Surgical Technologist with open heart and Level I trauma experience for a hospital cardiovascular operating room position. Details Level I trauma hospital CVOR unit Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (5x8 schedule may also be considered) Alternating days off with every 3rd or 4th weekend required (Friday 4:30 PM through Monday 6:00 AM) On-call requirement of 1-2 days per week with a 30-minute response time Floating as needed

experience required Requirements Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required NBSTSA certification required (NCCT not accepted) BLS certification (AHA or ARC only) Open heart surgery experience required Level I trauma experience required EPIC charting experience required Experience with cardiovascular procedures such as CABG, aortic aneurysm repair, valve replacement, and angioplasty/stenting preferred License required if applicable Additional Information May care for COVID-positive patients Facility is tobacco and fragrance free Expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays with no RTO between Christmas and New Year's Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract; holiday time off cannot be guaranteed Candidates are pre-screened by clinical staff before manager interview Local candidates considered within a 50-mile radius, at a reduced bill rate Travel pairs accepted, though matched schedules cannot be guaranteed
