Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize the operating room and instruments prior to procedures Assist the surgical team by passing instruments, sponges, and sutures during operations Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and safety standards Monitor and account for all surgical instruments and supplies throughout procedures Support surgeons and nursing staff with patient positioning, equipment setup, and intraoperative tasks Assist with surgical specimen preparation and care, following established protocols Maintain accurate documentation related to surgical cases and equipment usage Participate in pre- and post-operative room turnover and cleaning

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
