Upto $2600 weekly for 40 hours Required Qualifications BLS Certification (AHA Only) CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) or Grandfathered Candidate Accepted Minimum 2 Years of CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) Experience Required Job Responsibilities Prepare and maintain sterile fields and surgical instruments. Assist surgeons and the surgical team during cardiovascular procedures. Perform surgical counts of instruments, sharps, and sponges. Anticipate surgeons' needs during procedures. Ensure proper functioning of surgical equipment and instruments. Handle surgical specimens according to protocol. Assist with patient positioning and draping. Follow AORN, OSHA, infection control, and sterilization guidelines. Clean and prepare the operating room after procedures. Support instrument decontamination and sterilization processes. Required Skills Strong CVOR experience. Expertise in sterile and aseptic techniques. Knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures. Familiarity with infection prevention and sterilization standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.
