Job Overview Seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to support a busy OR with a wide variety of surgical cases, including trauma, thoracic, neuro, spine, ortho, and robotics. Roles & Responsibilities Assist with surgical procedures and maintain a sterile field. Prepare instruments, supplies, and equipment for cases. Support surgeons and OR staff during procedures. Follow aseptic, safety, and infection-control protocols. Handle a variety of complex surgical cases. Requirements Active Virginia CST License required 2+ years of Surgical Technologist experience BLS (AHA) required Thoracic, Trauma, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, and Robotics experience required
