• 15:15 Job Description The Surgical Technologist (CST) will assist in surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient care and safety in the cardiovascular operating room.

This role requires effective communication and a collaborative approach to problem solving in a high-pressure environment. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures. Scrub or circulate for open heart surgeries including CABG, MVR, TVR, AVR, and vascular procedures. Ensure all disposables and instrument sets are available and ready for use. Assist in central line and art line set-up. Utilize Belmont and cell saver equipment as needed. Collaborate with the surgical team to plan for potential issues and streamline processes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current CST certification. BLS Certification.

Preferred:
