Weeks Job Duties:

Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments, equipment, and operating rooms prior to procedures. Set up surgical trays and ensure all necessary supplies and instruments are available. Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments, sponges, and other sterile supplies. Maintain a sterile field and adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols. Handle specimens properly and ensure accurate labeling and documentation. Count surgical instruments and materials before and after procedures to prevent retained items. Assist in applying dressings and transferring patients to recovery areas post-surgery. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to ensure smooth surgical workflow. Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or shortages to appropriate personnel.

Job Requirements:

BLS AHA Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification 2+ Year of experience as a CST in
