$52/hour Job Description We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist (CST) to assist the surgical team before, during, and after surgical procedures. The Surgical Technologist will prepare the operating room, maintain a sterile environment, organize surgical instruments and supplies, and assist surgeons and nurses during procedures. Key Responsibilities Prepare the operating room and surgical equipment before procedures. Set up and maintain a sterile field. Prepare and organize surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment. Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures. Pass instruments and supplies to the surgical team as needed. Maintain proper sterile technique throughout procedures. Perform surgical counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies. Clean, organize, and restock the operating room after procedures. Follow infection-control, safety, and hospital policies. Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other members of the surgical team. Job Requirements CST

•Certified Surgical Technologist certification required. Relevant Surgical Technologist experience required. Active AHA BLS Certification required.

COVID-19

vaccination required. Valid Driver's License (DL) required. Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures. Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. 2 professional references , preferably from a manager or supervisor. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Pay:

$2,300.00
