Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join the Operating Room team in Clarkston, Washington. In this role, you will assist surgeons during a variety of surgical procedures, maintain a sterile environment, prepare surgical instruments and equipment, and help deliver safe, high-quality patient care. Participation in the facility's on-call rotation is required. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain a sterile operating room before, during, and after surgical procedures. Set up, organize, and maintain surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment. Scrub and assist with a wide variety of surgical procedures. Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team during operations. Ensure all instruments and equipment are functioning properly. Maintain accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and other surgical items. Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols. Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, and restocking the operating room. Participate in 24-hour on-call coverage as required. Requirements Active Washington State Surgical Technologist License (Required) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR Certification (Required) Previous Operating Room (OR) experience as a Surgical Technologist. Experience scrubbing a variety of surgical specialties preferred. Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Pay:

$2,100.00 - $2,146.00 per week
