Support surgeons and the operating room team by preparing instruments, maintaining a sterile field, and ensuring safe and efficient surgical procedures . Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and supplies. Assist surgeons by passing instruments during procedures. Perform surgical counts before, during, and after procedures. Prepare and maintain the operating room for each case. Follow infection control and safety protocols . Requirements Surgical Tech experience required.
