Equity Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for an onsite opportunity in Edmonds, WA . This role will support surgical procedures across multiple specialties and work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other members of the surgical team.

Hours:

7:00 AM-5:30 PM Job Responsibilities Scrub surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, GYN, General Surgery, Hand Surgery, and Podiatry Prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures Maintain sterile technique and follow infection control protocols Anticipate surgeon needs and provide instruments and supplies during procedures Assist with room setup, turnover, and cleanup Ensure instruments and supplies are properly accounted for Follow established patient safety and surgical procedures Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other clinical team members to support efficient patient care Qualifications Previous Surgical Technologist experience required Experience scrubbing a variety of surgical procedures preferred Knowledge of sterile technique and operating room procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment Strong communication and teamwork skills No certification required Apply Today!! #indnitge
