Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment for surgeries Assist the surgical team with patient positioning to ensure safety and comfort Facilitate visualization using appropriate techniques for optimal exposure and hemostasis Participate actively in the closure of body planes and application of wound dressings Secure drainage systems and use specialized surgical equipment safely Maintain compliance with established standards and perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin Graduation from an accredited nursing program Successful completion of an accredited RN First Assist (RNFA) program or equivalent BLS certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire) At least 1 year of relevant operating room/surgical experience preferred Strong attention to detail and demonstrated surgical accuracy
