Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in surgical operations, ensuring a safe and sterile environment for patients and medical staff.Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery, including sterilizing equipment and ensuring all necessary supplies are available
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
- Maintain a sterile field throughout surgical procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in aseptic technique and infection control practices
- Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and surgical procedures
- Experience in an ambulatory surgery center or hospital setting preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
