Responsibilities:
Assist surgical teams before, during, and after procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment. Prepare and handle instruments, supplies, and equipment needed for surgical interventions. Monitor and maintain inventory and assurances of surgical tools' integrity. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff to facilitate seamless workflow. Strictly adhere to infection control and patient safety standards.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent accreditation required. Experience in an operating room setting, with proficiency in a variety of surgical procedures. Sound communication skills, strong attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced situations. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare teams. Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and ethical practice.
