Preferred Qualifications:
Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent Experience supporting Operating Room Nursing (ORT) BLS certification (required) At least one year of acute care surgical/operating room experience preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and collaboration

Prepare operating rooms and sterile equipment for surgical procedures Assist surgeons during operations, maintaining sterile techniques and environment Monitor patient status and anticipate surgical team needs Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and documentation efficiently Adhere strictly to infection control and safety protocols Support team efforts and continuous quality improvement initiatives
