Job Description

As a Monitor Technician at our 6 Glynn Brunswick (Monitor Bank) location , you will be responsible for interpreting and reporting of all cardiac rhythms displayed on monitors. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with our patients, guests, other team members, and medical staff by striving for excellence in service and quality. For our team members, this is more than a career — it's a calling. Tier 1 - PRN Pay rate: Experienced based pay rate (plus any applicable shift differentials)
Commitment:
16 - 48 hours per week

BWK & CAM
Weekend and Holidays:
2 WE shifts in a schedule period, 1 major holiday
Schedule:
Provide Schedule up to four (4) weeks in advance You will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining ongoing high-level surveillance of patient cardiac monitors
  • Continuously watching monitors in order to ensure appropriate and timely responses to alarms
  • Performing clerical duties related to admission, discharge, and documentation of patient information at the central monitor bank What you will need: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a Monitor Tech preferred The ability to successfully complete Monitor Tech course prior to completion of orientation Why choose Southeast Georgia Health System?
