Job Description

Position Summary:
Performs imaging examinations on all ages of patients (newborn through geriatric), contributing to the efficient operations of the department and ensuring the quality and continuity of patient care. Uses specific training in imaging modality to provide excellent patient care. Performs responsibilities of receptionist/clerk or other department duties as needed.

Minimum Education:
Graduate of an accredited Sonography program or equivalent preferred. Current registration with ARDMS may be accepted in lieu of accredited graduation.
Minimum Experience:
Must have two years post-graduation experience.
License, Certification, Registration:
Current ARDMS (abdomen or OB/GYN) or equivalent required. Multiple specialties preferred. Current BLS certification.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
GE ultrasound experience preferred. Trophon experience preferred. #
