ASAP Imaging is seeking a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) to join our brand-new outpatient imaging center. This position is ideal for an experienced Diagnostic Medical Sonographer who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations using advanced imaging technology. What You'll Do Perform a variety of high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations with confidence and clinical expertise. Review physician orders, patient histories, and imaging requests to ensure appropriate exams are performed. Apply critical thinking to address patient needs and support accurate diagnoses. Deliver an exceptional patient experience by creating a calm, welcoming, and professional environment. Produce diagnostic-quality images while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety. Complete image documentation, post-processing, and quality review. Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and fellow team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Assist in maintaining efficient patient flow while supporting other departments when needed. Share ideas that improve workflows, patient care, and operational excellence. Help build a collaborative culture focused on continuous learning and quality improvement. Requirements Must have four years of sonography experience Must have RDMS certification in at least two specialty examinations Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited college or technical school Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification Our Culture At ASAP Imaging, we live by our CLEAR-Q values: Coaching
