Elite Vein Clinic is seeking an experienced Reflux Ultrasound Technologist who is proficient in venous imaging and can independently complete thorough, accurate studies according to clinic protocols. We need a technically strong, versatile sonographer who understands venous insufficiency, consistently produces quality images, and communicates findings clearly to providers. This position requires established reflux scanning experience and confidence working in a busy outpatient vein clinic. What You Will Do Independently perform complete lower-extremity venous reflux duplex studies according to clinic protocols. Evaluate superficial and deep venous systems, documenting reflux measurements, vein diameters, and relevant anatomy. Perform venous mapping and pre- and post-treatment imaging as ordered. Assess vein compressibility and flow, recognize suspected DVT or other concerning findings, and promptly notify the provider. Obtain complete, accurate images and prepare clear technical worksheets for provider interpretation. Explain the scanning process to patients and help them feel comfortable throughout the examination. Maintain ultrasound equipment, clean exam rooms, and support efficient patient flow. Collaborate with providers and procedure staff; assist with guided procedure imaging as needed within your demonstrated competencies. Travel among Peoria, Phoenix, Gilbert, Mesa, Avondale, and Scottsdale. What We Are Looking For Completion of an accredited diagnostic medical sonography or ultrasound program. Hands-on experience independently performing complete venous reflux studies. Strong knowledge of venous anatomy, insufficiency, mapping, and DVT recognition. Ability to obtain consistent, diagnostic-quality images with minimal technical supervision. Accurate documentation and strong attention to detail. Adaptability, dependable attendance, and effective teamwork. Reliable transportation and availability to work across all listed clinic locations. Experience supporting ultrasound-guided vein procedures is strongly preferred.
