Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) to join our team. The RVT/RVS will perform non-invasive vascular ultrasound studies to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular conditions. This role works closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure accurate, timely results and exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and document high-quality vascular ultrasound studies including: Venous duplex; must be proficient in reflux and DVT studies Arterial duplex (upper and lower extremities) Carotid duplex Abdominal Aorta (AAA) Ensure proper patient positioning, comfort, and education during procedures Accurately interpret and report preliminary findings to providers Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in EMR Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines Adhere to accreditation standards (ACR) and quality assurance processes Maintain ultrasound equipment and report any issues promptly Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) credentialed through American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Graduate of an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program Minimum 1-2 years of vascular ultrasound experience; specifically lower extremity Venous reflux studies. Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment BLS certification
Preferred Skills:

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, daytime hours (3-4 days per week is okay as well) No weekends or major holidays
