ARDMS certification in Abdominal and OB/GYN Sonography NT certification Current experience assisting with procedures Exceptional professionalism and communications skillsPosition Summary:
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in an acute care setting, will demonstrate service excellence, and will promote of practice's intrinsic values. Additionally, the ideal will possess the following attributes:- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with widely diverse groups, including individuals at all levels both within and outside the organization
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to interpret physician instructions, patient medical and clinical records
- Ability to work positively effectively as a team player
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and congenital/acquired pathology as they relate to the use and interpretation of ultrasound diagnostic procedures
- Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area
- Knowledge of principles of the PACS network and/or other electronic image processing
- Experience with Trophon and knowledge of safety principles and procedures related to ultrasound procedures and equipment
