Job Description

Category Imaging - Echo Job Type Contract Step into a crucial role supporting cardiac patient care utilizing your expertise in echocardiography. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your skill with advanced echo imaging as part of a dynamic healthcare team for a 13-week period.
Schedule/Hours:
Day Shift 4 shifts per week, each 10 hours Shift start times: 7:00 am or 8:00 am Occasional on-call days required
Key Qualifications:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Registered credentials through ARDMS or CCI (Echo specialty) Demonstrated competency in performing and interpreting echocardiograms Effective communication and critical thinking abilities Adaptability to a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive echocardiograms utilizing established protocols and best practices Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to ensure accurate and timely patient assessments Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and compliance with safety standards Analyze diagnostic data, providing preliminary impressions and supporting clinical decision-making Maintain thorough documentation and participate in quality assurance initiatives Manage periodic on-call responsibilities with reliability and professionalism
