POSITION SUMMARY
The Ultrasound Technologist will perform and interpret urological ultrasounds through the San Francisco division's offices. This is a traveling position. Bilingual in English, Mandarin or Cantonese is required What you will be doing Operation of ultrasound equipment to capture optimal images for various urologic ultrasound exams which include abdominal, renal, pelvic, scrotal, TRUS ultrasounds. Evaluate ultrasound exam results to identify expected and unexpected outcomes given the procedure plan as well as whether appropriate test guidelines and protocols were followed Report and summarize technical inferences and clinical findings Helping patients prepare for the procedure by explaining the process, helping them to move to the table, and preparing the skin surface by applying gel before using the equipment Communicate effectively with the patient and maintain his/her comfort level during the examination What you will bring to the team Must have at least 2 years of Ultrasound experience, urology experience preferred Must be comfortable with various ultrasound machines

certification is Required. Bilingual in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required Ability to use independent judgment to acquire the optimum diagnostic sonographic information in each examination performed Ability to evaluate, synthesize, and communicate diagnostic information to the physician Travel Occasional travel to any of the UNIO locations may be required. Compensation is depending on a number of factors including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, or experience that may fall outside of the range shown
