Practice Manager Position Summary:

Boulder Vein Center is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to join our outpatient team. This role is a two- three day per week schedule with no on-call responsibilities, ideal for technologists seeking a balanced work-life schedule. The technologist will perform a full range of non-invasive vascular studies to assist physicians in the diagnosis and management of vascular conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to: Carotid duplex Venous and arterial duplex of upper and lower extremities Abdominal aortic and iliac duplex Accurately document preliminary findings for physician interpretation Maintain patient privacy and comfort during all procedures Enter exam data and maintain accurate records within the electronic health record (EHR) Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and care coordination Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure exam rooms are clean and fully stocked Follow departmental protocols and contribute to quality assurance initiatives Uphold all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards

Qualifications:

Education and Certification:

Graduate of an accredited vascular or diagnostic medical sonography program RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) or RVS (Registered Vascular Sonographer) certification required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Pay:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 24.0 per week
