We are currently seeking an experienced Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our growing team on a per-diem basis, approximately 2-3 days per week , with the opportunity to increase hours and transition into a full-time position as our volume continues to grow . This is an excellent opportunity for a sonographer looking for consistent part-time work, additional weekly hours, and long-term growth with an expanding diagnostic company. We are especially interested in sonographers experienced in general and vascular ultrasound . Echocardiography experience is a strong plus.

Position Details Schedule:

Approximately 2-3 days per week

Hours:

Primarily between 8:00 AM and 5:00

PM Growth Opportunity:

Ability to increase days and transition into full-time based on performance, availability, and company growth

Location:

Miami-Dade and/or

Broward County Setting:

Physician offices, assisted living facilities, and in-home patient visits

Caseload:

Approximately 10-20 studies per day depending on location and schedule

Starting Compensation:

Starts at $30.00 per hour Opportunity for compensation increases based on experience, performance, longevity, and expanded responsibilities What You'll Do Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to physician orders and company protocols Perform general, abdominal, vascular, small-parts, and other applicable ultrasound studies Provide compassionate and professional patient care Ensure patients are informed, comfortable, and treated respectfully throughout examinations Obtain appropriate images, measurements, and documentation Complete studies accurately and efficiently within established protocols Maintain HIPAA compliance and appropriate patient documentation Communicate professionally with patients, physician offices, referring providers, and internal team members Travel between assigned locations within Miami-Dade and/or Broward County What We're Looking For We are looking for a dependable, professional sonographer who is comfortable working independently while remaining part of a supportive clinical team.

The ideal candidate is:

Detail-oriented and clinically confident Professional and patient-focused Comfortable working in a mobile environment Able to manage a normal-to-fast-paced daily schedule Reliable and punctual Interested in growing with the company over time Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program ARDMS registered or board-eligible RDMS and/or RVT strongly preferred RDCS or CCI is a plus Minimum 1 year of general and vascular ultrasound experience preferred Experience with abdominal, vascular, pelvic, renal, thyroid, scrotal, and other small-parts studies preferred Echocardiography experience is highly valued CPR/BLS certification preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable traveling throughout Miami-Dade and/or Broward County English required; Spanish is highly preferred Ability to safely transport and handle mobile ultrasound equipment What We Offer Starting pay of $30.00 per hour Consistent opportunity for 2-3 days of work per week Ability to grow into additional days and potentially a full-time position Structured onboarding and training Support from an experienced clinical and operations team Retention incentives at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year Performance-based compensation growth Travel reimbursement when applicable Uniforms provided after completion of the introductory period Flexible scheduling within normal operating hours Bi-weekly direct deposit Opportunities for advancement into Senior Sonographer and Lead Sonographer roles Opportunity for Growth This position is intended to grow alongside our company.
