Responsibilities Perform diagnostic procedures using sonographic equipment, while maintaining patient safety and comfort. Prepare, review, and update clinical histories and documentation for each procedure. Communicate findings or results to physicians comprehensively and timely. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the ultrasound equipment. Provide a comforting and informative presence for patients.
