We are a growing physician-led vein and vascular practice seeking an experienced Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in venous insufficiency ultrasound , detailed venous mapping, and procedural ultrasound guidance. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians in both diagnostic and treatment settings. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound examinations with a primary focus on chronic venous insufficiency and superficial venous disease. Conduct detailed venous reflux studies and mapping for treatment planning. Assist physicians with ultrasound guidance during vein treatment procedures, including: Endovenous Laser Therapy (EVLT) Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) VenaSeal™ Varithena® Ultrasound-Guided Sclerotherapy (UGS) Provide accurate documentation and maintain imaging records within the PACS system. Ensure studies are performed according to established protocols and quality standards. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care. Maintain compliance with ACR guidelines and accreditation requirements. Current ARDMS Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification or CCI Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification. Proven experience in vascular ultrasound with emphasis on: Venous insufficiency studies Superficial venous incompetence Detailed venous mapping Knowledge of phlebology ultrasound and vein disease evaluation. Experience assisting with ultrasound-guided vein procedures. Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills. Preferred Previous experience in a vein center, vascular surgery, interventional radiology, or phlebology practice. Familiarity with PACS systems and electronic medical records.
