Role:
Vascular Sonography - Clinical Coordinator (RVT)
Position:
Full-time, Permanent Hours:
8a-5p, Hybrid (4 days/on-site, 1 day/remote)
Location:
Atlanta, GA Job function: Lead and oversee clinical education for Sonography students. Build strong partnerships with clinical sites and secure new opportunities for students. Mentor students and guide them through their clinical journey.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Required RVT Certfification 3+ years of clinical experience 2+ years of leadership experience
Skills Preferred:
Vascular ultrasound imaging (arterial & venous) Carotid duplex studies Venous duplex (DVT studies) Peripheral arterial exams (ABI, segmental pressures) Doppler ultrasound (color, spectral, pulsed wave) Hemodynamics interpretation Real-time image acquisition & optimization Ultrasound machine operation (GE, Philips, Siemens common) Image optimization (gain, depth, Doppler angle correction) PACS systems EMR systems (Epic, Cerner commonly listed) Accurate image documentation & reporting Identify vascular abnormalities (stenosis, occlusion, aneurysm) Correlate clinical history with imaging findings Provide preliminary findings to physicians Attention to detail in measurements and waveforms Ready for the next steps?
