Job Description

Position Summary Responsible for performing a variety of duties in relation to imaging patients and ensuring smooth operations of the Ultrasound department while providing appropriate levels of patient care and customer service. The Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVT) performs high-quality, non-invasive vascular ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols. This role is responsible for producing diagnostic images of the arterial and venous systems, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality requirements (10336, 10344, 20336, 20344). The Registered S onographer (RDMS) performs high-quality, non-invasive -ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols. This role is responsible for producing diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality requirements (20360). Education Associates degree in Radiology/Ultrasound/Ultrasound or Certificate Program in Radiology/Ultrasound Licenses and Certification Licenses and Certification (Excluding Breast Center locations 10363 and 20363): RMDS or ARRT (S) registered or registry eligible Registry eligible must have proof of passing
