Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality echocardiograms and related diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and professional guidelines Prepare patients for examinations and explain test procedures clearly, ensuring comfort and cooperation Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, documenting and reporting findings accurately Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare team members to ensure exceptional patient care Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards Keep precise records and ensure confidentiality Stay up to date with advancements in cardiovascular imaging technology
Desired Qualifications:
ARDMS or CCI certification Previous experience as an Echo Tech, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt seamlessly to new environments and workflows Detail-oriented and able to thrive in fast-paced settings
