OB/GYN Sonographer Summary:

We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN sonographer for a Part-Time (3 days/week) position in Newton (Chestnut Hills), Massachusetts who will report to our Clinical Regional Manager.

Credentials:

RDMS in OB/GYN (Required) 1-2 years of experience post-RDMS (preferred) 2 years of OB/GYN experience GE Voluson experience is a plus Experience working with Viewpoint reporting software is a plus

Education :

Graduation from an accredited

Diagnostic Ultrasound Program Primary Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations according to ordering physician's requisition Collaborate with the physician and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings Explain the procedures to patients in a friendly, comforting manner to ensure their understanding Uphold safety, privacy, and infection control standards Continuing education to stay updated on advancements in sonography techniques
