OB/GYN Sonographer Summary:
Are you a skilled sonographer looking for more than just a job? At Premier Ultrasound, we're all about empowering employees and building a new standard of patient care. We're a rapidly growing, tech-forward ultrasound company dedicated to delivering the highest quality imaging services! We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN sonographer for a Part-Time (3 days/week) position in Newton (Chestnut Hills), Massachusetts who will report to our Clinical Regional Manager.
Credentials:
RDMS in OB/GYN (Required) 1-2 years of experience post-RDMS (preferred) 2 years of OB/GYN experience GE Voluson experience is a plus Experience working with Viewpoint reporting software is a plus
Education :
Graduation from an accredited
Diagnostic Ultrasound Program Primary Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations according to ordering physician's requisition Collaborate with the physician and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings Explain the procedures to patients in a friendly, comforting manner to ensure their understanding Uphold safety, privacy, and infection control standards Continuing education to stay updated on advancements in sonography techniques
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and physicians High attention to detail with strong organizational and decision-making skills Ability to work independently Providing the highest quality patient care is always top of mind!
