What You Will Do The Ultrasound Technologist collaborates with the Primary Care team to deliver exemplary patient care and customer service while performing a variety of technical and patient care procedures.
What you will do:
Perform all sonography imaging procedures, properly preparing and positioning patients for imaging exams Position the patient appropriately to best demonstrate anatomic area of interest Organize and monitor patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, and safety standards Proactively and consistently understand the needs of our customers and patients Effectively provide service and/or resolves problems Thoroughly explain procedure to be performed to alleviate patient anxiety and facilitate patient cooperation Perform image reconstruction as necessary Utilizes clear and effective communication to properly screen patients prior to scan for any precautions or contraindications pertaining to ordered exam What you will bring: Satisfactory completion of a formal sonography program or other compatible course of study RDMS certification required (abdomen, vascular, and OB/GYN preferred) Minimum of 1 year sonography experience preferred Breast ultrasound and MSK preferred Why You Will Love Working Here We take care of our team so they can take care of patients.
